๐Ÿ“– Guide

This comprehensive guide is designed specifically to help you start your journey on the platform, from creating your first classes to setting up games and lessons for your students.

๐Ÿ‘ค Accounts & Registration

  • Create an account from the registration page: choose the account type (teacher or student), enter your name, email and password, accept the terms, and enter a class code if your teacher gave you one.
  • Usernames are unique in any letter case: a name you pick yourself must not be taken, and leaving it empty makes the site generate one from your email automatically.
  • Sign in directly with your Google account without a new password; your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
  • After registering you enter the site directly with no features, and you receive an activation message at your email โ€” activate your account from the link to unlock features.
  • Sign in with your email address or username plus your password.

๐Ÿ’Ž Plans & Limits

  • Your plan sets your ceilings: the allowed number of classes, students, games, lessons and questions.
  • Locked templates and play modes show a lock badge โ€” upgrade your plan to unlock them.
  • AI generation and paper export depend on your plan, each with a usage balance shown to you while working.

๐ŸŽ“ Student's Guide

  • Enter your teacherโ€™s class code at registration or from your pages, then wait for the teacher to approve your join request.
  • Your assignments live on your assigned games and lessons pages โ€” anything your teacher assigns appears there instantly.
  • Browse the public games and lessons library and play any public game even without an assignment.
  • Your scores, times and attempt history are saved on your results page so you can review your progress.
  • Visitors can try public games without an account, and save their score on the leaderboard under their name if it makes the top ten.

๐Ÿซ Classrooms (Teacher)

  • Create a class from the classes page and share the join code with your students.
  • Join requests come to you for approval or rejection before a student enters.
  • Add a student yourself with a name, a unique username and a password โ€” or paste a name list (up to 100 names) and the site creates the accounts with temporary passwords changed on first sign-in.
  • Reset any studentโ€™s password with a temporary one, edit their name, or remove them from the class when needed.
  • Assign a game or lesson to the class with an optional due date; it appears instantly for approved students.
  • Move your students to a colleague with an export code: a matching class is created with the same accounts and no re-registration.

๐ŸŽฎ Building Games (Teacher)

  • Create a game (title, description, image, public for everyone or private to you and your classes) then build its questions in the builder.
  • The builder supports 14 interactive templates: Multiple Choice, True or False, Matching (Word Pairs), Arrange the Following, Classification, Complete the Sentence, Matching on Image / Labeling, Word Scramble, Complete the Missing Letters, Word Search, Crossword Puzzle, Memory Pairs, Multiplication Table, Math Operations
  • Build each question manually with a dedicated editor per template, and upload images by drag & drop, paste or browse.
  • Generate questions with AI: write the explanation or instructions, pick the template and count (up to 15 questions for single templates, up to 10 points for multi-point ones), and upload an image for the image-labeling template.
  • Import questions from your previous or public games via the question bank, or add words in bulk.
  • Control each questionโ€™s time (empty means unlimited) and the retry option, duplicate the game or assign it to a class.
  • Print the game on paper as PDF or Word with or without the answer key (memory cards are interactive-only and never print).
  • Create an auto-generated multiplication-table game by selecting the tables, answer style and question count.

๐Ÿ“š Preparing Lessons (Teacher)

  • Create a lesson (title, explanation, image, public by default or private) and write the content directly or with AI.
  • Generate the lesson title and explanation from a short brief, with an AI-lessons cap set by your plan.
  • Add videos, then attach interactive simulations from the simulation library (tick them like games, or create one on the spot from inside the lesson form).
  • Attach your games to the lesson so they appear as interactive practice for your students.
  • A new lesson is public by default; make it private to limit it to its assigned classes.

โš—๏ธ Simulation Library

  • Create a simulation in the library (title plus its full code, up to 100KB per simulation; embedding external pages depends on your plan).
  • Attach simulations to any lesson with checkboxes exactly like games โ€” or press the quick-add button inside the lesson form and it is created and attached at once.
  • Public simulations are browsable and playable standalone from the simulations page, even without a lesson.
  • Edit a simulationโ€™s code later from the library, duplicate public ones into your own library, or delete them safely (files shared with lessons are kept).

๐Ÿ† Playing & Leaderboard

  • Play in five modes: normal, question wheel, maze, balloons and road race โ€” plus a student-picker wheel for teachers during class.
  • Top-10 leaderboard: your name appears once at its highest rank; ties break by fastest time, then earliest finish.
  • Read-aloud buttons, fullscreen, a timer, retry when allowed, and guest play under a name.

๐Ÿ“Š Results & Tracking

  • Follow your studentsโ€™ scores, times and attempt dates from the results page and dashboard.
  • Review your full results history from your results page.

โš™๏ธ Your Account & General Settings

  • Update your name, email, phone, photo and password from the profile page.
  • Switch the site between Arabic and English with the language button at the top of the page.
  • Message the administration from the contact page, and read the terms and conditions page.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Make It Step by Step

Each walkthrough ends with a live button that opens the real page โ€” creation pages need a signed-in teacher account.

๐Ÿ‘ค Create your account

  1. Open registration and pick the account type (teacher or student), then enter your name, email and password โ€” a student with a class code enters it too.
  2. Activate your account from the link sent to your email, or sign in directly with your Google account.
  3. Sign in and complete your profile; students wait for the teacher to approve the class-join request.

  1. From โ€œManage Gamesโ€ press New: write the title, pick built-in or external-link type, and set public or private.
  2. Build the questions in the builder: manual per-template editor, AI generation, question-bank import, or bulk words.
  3. Set each questionโ€™s time and retry option, then save โ€” or use the quick-add button inside a lesson to create and attach at once.
  4. Assign the game to a class with an optional due date; it appears instantly for approved students.

๐Ÿ“š Create a lesson

  1. Press New Lesson: write the title and the explanation yourself or generate both from a short AI brief.
  2. Add a YouTube video and a cover image; a new lesson is public by default, uncheck to keep it private to its classes.
  3. Tick games to attach them as hands-on practice โ€” or quick-add a brand-new game without leaving the form.
  4. Tick simulations from the library the same way โ€” or quick-add one โ€” then publish; it shows in the lessons library at once.
